Operating a bonus program for hundreds of thousands of end customers is demanding – especially when the demands of 6 brands and more than 20 sweepstake and agency partners have to be combined.


Coca-Cola took this as an opportunity to transfer the operational management of the code-in-lid program “CokeFridge” to the loyalty experts at Coloyal for the first time in 2008. A few months later, the project team had already managed dozens of sweepstakes, acquired new program partners and established a content management system for faster content maintenance.

Since then, Coca-Cola has consistently relied on the loyalty and IT know-how from Munich. Coloyal has repeatedly been able to respond to the changing requirements for addressing, recruiting and activating consumers and brand fans with customized solutions, such as configurable online widgets, a complex sweepstakes engine or an application for campaign and newsletter management.

From a soccer fan mile to personalized bottle labels and a Christmas truck tour – there’s a piece of Coloyal in many campaigns big and small. Our digital solutions for innovative promotions have been used in more than 2,000 sweepstakes with millions of prizes. They are used by brand and marketing managers from more than 24 different markets in Europe.
