Our core market is Germany, our core business is rewards management – but we are also proven to be the right partner for successful, international programs. In doing so, we can rely on a broad, established network of partners and well-established processes. As a former subsidiary of Arvato, we have more than 10 years of experience with the tailor-made combination of services from the Bertelsmann Group’s range of services, which include: service center, logistics and data center locations around the world. Here, we have access to proven infrastructures, interfaces and data transfers. Furthermore, we work closely with our own development and agency partners and understand the seamless integration of our clients’ existing / desired agencies into joint projects.
Our network is constantly growing. Whenever we are confronted with a new, innovative requirement, for example in the context of tender offers or in response to changes in the market, we are looking for the right partner to tackle this task.
