As Account Manager (m/f/d), these are your future tasks:

  • Active, data-based design of the strategy and further development of bonus programmes and customer loyalty campaigns of existing customers.
  • Acquisition of new programme participants and partners, campaigns for up- and cross-selling
  • Reward management for several international markets
  • Central contact and coordinator for clients, internal teams and participating agency and development partners
  • Project planning for rollouts in new markets and integration of new programme partners
  • Monitoring and further development of all measures on the basis of reports
  • Management of participant communication (newsletter) in the markets
  • Preparation of offers and cost controlling for rollouts, IT-CRs and operations
  • Differentiated invoicing
  • Regular status calls and business reviews round off your area of responsibility

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment
  • Ideally experience in the design, implementation and management of customer loyalty and CRM projects, preferably for business customers (B2B)
  • Strong customer orientation, confident and self-assured appearance
  • Good analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Affinity for numbers, IT and KPIs
  • Fluent in German and English and good negotiation skills
