As a B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your future tasks will include:
- Developing a marketing strategy with a focus on ‘business customer acquisition’ and ‘existing customer communication’
- Translating the strategy into a marketing and campaign plan for 2026 and beyond
- Ideation and creation of multimedia campaign content
- Maintaining the Coloyal website in several languages
- Researching, creating and publishing blog and news articles
- Administering our company’s social media profiles (especially LinkedIn)
- Optimising ad campaigns and budgets (especially Google AdWords and LinkedIn)
- Expanding the reach of our own channels, such as newsletters for customer communication
- Revision of business documents for B2B customer acquisition as part of sales initiatives and pitches (especially in PowerPoint)
- Planning of company appearances at industry trade fairs and events
- Agency management for the development and design of content and designs

- Proven professional experience in a comparable position – we look forward to receiving meaningful references as part of your application
- Confidence in using relevant marketing tools (especially LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, moving images)
- Practical knowledge of maintaining web content – ideally in WordPress – as well as setting up and evaluating social media and ad campaigns
- Confidence in the interaction of various marketing channels
- Independent and communicative personality who acts professionally when dealing with customers, agencies and service providers
- Confident communication and writing skills in German and English
