Your tasks and challenges:

You’ll handle RFPs, write proposals and support our sales team in preparing and conducting pitches for loyalty programs and CRM projects.

You’ll guide and advise new clients throughout the sales process – all the way to the successful implementation of our Loyalty Suite.

You’ll manage and oversee projects from proposal to go-live.

You’ll take care of onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth start.

You’ll act as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.
-
You’ll help shape our service portfolio strategically – especially regarding (IT) solution concepts for loyalty, incentive and acquisition programs.

You’ll provide hands-on consulting for the design and optimization of customer loyalty activities.

You’ll build and maintain a strong, effective professional network.
You should have the following for a successful collaboration:
-
You’re passionate about developing business models and loyalty solutions.
-
You have 3–5 years of professional experience in CRM, loyalty or direct marketing – ideally in consulting, at a loyalty program provider or agency.
-
You’ve completed a degree in business, marketing or a related field – or have comparable qualifications.
-
You have solid IT know-how, are digitally savvy and ideally familiar with leading CRM tools.
-
You’re organized, results-driven and work independently.
-
You’re a strong communicator and negotiator with a confident personality.
-
You have excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
-
You’re proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Teams – experience with project tools like Confluence, Jira or Trello is a plus.

You speak both German and English fluently.
