As Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), these are your future tasks:

  • Active, data-based design of program strategy and further development of the program of existing customers
  • Campaigns for up- and cross-selling
  • Reward management for several international markets
  • Contact person and coordinator for all new requests
  • Contact person for all customer inquiries from 1st level support
  • Monitoring and further development of all measures on the basis of reporting
  • Control of participant and distributor communication (newsletter) in the markets
  • Adaptive cost controlling and creation of offers for rollouts, IT-CRs, operations
  • Differentiated invoicing
  • Regular status calls and business reviews of the customers round off your area of responsibility

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration or (online) marketing, or comparable training
  • Distinct customer orientation, confident and self-assured appearance
  • Good analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Affinity for numbers, IT and KPIs
  • Business fluent in German and desirable in English
