Head of IT Project Solutions (B2B / Enterprise Customers) (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our team on 1 October 2020 or as soon as possible.
Your challenges:
- You will independently lead and manage projects focussing on the following topics: Loyalty systems, shop systems, application development
- You are responsible for selecting and managing the cooperation with external development partners involved in the project
- You will accompany the development process from the requirements analysis through implementation to the go-live of the applications at the customer’s site
- Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the front and back-end systems and the customer’s system interfaces after acceptance by the customer
- You are responsible for the project budget and ensure that it is adhered to
- In addition to managing projects for our customers, you are jointly responsible for the development and implementation of our internal IT (product) strategy
- You ensure that all specifications, security and data protection requirements are met
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have a technical degree (computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering) and have at least 5 years of professional experience in larger IT implementation projects
- You are no stranger to single sign-on (SSO), REST-based interfaces with JSON or XML, or role and rights management
- You can set up projects independently using agile methods (such as Scrum or Kanban), understand and specify the customer’s system requirements and communicate them to the development partners
- You have an independent and structured way of working
- You want to make a difference and are happy to contribute your own ideas and potential to project work
- You are business fluent in German and English
