Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Are you a talented organiser who wants to work independently and support our management team? Are you keen to take on new challenges, but also don’t mind routine tasks? Then you’ve come to the right place!

We are looking for you to join our team on 1 November 2025 or as soon as possible in full-time or part-time, 30 hours per week.

Your challenges:

  • Office management
  • Active support and assistance to management in all operational and administrative tasks, as well as in strategic projects and central initiatives
  • Independent coordination and organisation of administrative tasks
  • Active participation in cross-departmental projects and independent project assistance
  • Reliable management of confidential documents such as shareholder resolutions, contracts and reports
  • Preparation of presentation documents and independent preparation and follow-up of meetings and business reviews
  • Planning and coordination of international travel, meetings and internal events
  • Professional handling of business transactions, particularly in the area of corporate strategy and communication
  • Travel expense accounting, invoice approval and verification in SAP

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in a comparable position and comprehensive know-how in supporting senior management – ideally in an international environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High degree of loyalty and discretion
  • Independent and structured way of working – even under time pressure
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of contract management as well as compliance and regulatory issues
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
