As Marketing Campaign Manager (m/f/d) these are your future tasks:
- Co-creation of the marketing and communication plan with our clients
- On-time creation of campaign content for CRM and loyalty programmes based on the marketing plan
- Agency control of content/designs, direct tests and approvals with the client
- Creation and transfer of campaign assets, e.g. texts, images and social media posts
- Administration of campaigns in SendInBlue: configuration and personalisation of newsletters
- Translating and entering newsletter content in SendInBlue
- Segmentation and feeding of mailing lists for personalisation
- Test sending and approvals, monitoring and reporting
- Maintenance and publication of campaign content in digital channels (website, app, social media)
- Support in budget controlling for key account management
Your profile:
- Completed studies (business administration, communication sciences or similar) or training in the field of marketing
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Practical knowledge in setting up and evaluating campaigns
- Proven confidence in the interaction of various marketing channels
- Independent and communicative personality with a professional approach in dealing with clients, agencies and service providers
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SendInBlue desirable
