Requirements Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a Requirements Manager in Munich to translate customer requirements into IT solution designs and drive projects forward with passion and expertise. If you would like to bring your previous experience in software development and architecture to a strategic and responsible position, you’ve come to the right place!

 

We are looking for you to join our team on 1 February 2025 or as soon as possible.

Your challenges:

  • You collect, analyse, structure and document customer requirements and translate them into IT specifications
  • You listen emphatically to the customer and conduct workshops to capture and validate customer journeys and requirements
  • You help shape the digital solutions and IT architecture and contribute innovative ideas
  • You work with the CTO to develop the right IT services and IT products based on customer requirements
  • You coordinate the requirements pipeline, prioritisation and approval of customer requirements
  • You accompany the development process and the deployment releases
  • You are responsible for customer acceptance including the execution of test activities
  • You communicate and liaise regularly with customers, IT development managers and stakeholders
  • You ensure the traceability and consistency of customer requirements throughout the entire project life cycle
  • You carry out risk analyses, develop proposed solutions in the event of deviations and initiate appropriate measures
  • You support the CTO in defining the IT strategy and customer stories and in designing the pricing models for IT services and IT products to increase business revenue

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in consulting, requirements management and business analysis, as a product owner or in a comparable position.
  • 5 years of experience in IT development of microservices – fullstack developer (optional)
  • Experience in the digitalisation of processes and business models, including through the use of artificial intelligence
  • Sound knowledge in the creation of requirements documents and technical specifications
  • Project management experience, especially in agile methods and DevOps practices
  • Experience in carrying out acceptance activities for digitalised processes, preferably in an eCommerce environment
  • Ability to work in a team, a high degree of initiative, decision-making skills and the ability to proactively develop and propose solutions to challenges that arise
  • Fluent negotiator and communicator in German and English
  • Basic experience in working with established software development applications such as Jira, Confluence and software design frameworks round off your profile
