Easy points collection via upload

For loyalty program participants, submitting proof of purchase is particularly user-friendly: log in to the program and upload the invoice PDF via file upload. Uploading is even more convenient with our program’s own loyalty app: photograph the invoice or receipt with your smartphone and upload directly in the app.

The rest of the verification process is transparent for participants thanks to a clear invoice history, including status updates and information about the invoice. If all the relevant details are included on the receipt, points are automatically credited.

Convert invoice data into bonus points

Based on the individually defined program rules, the relevant data fields that determine the points credit are extracted from all submitted invoices or receipts. These can be sales or specific invoice items. At the same time, data is recorded and checked that serves as minimum criteria for the validity of the receipt and minimizes fraud, e.g.:

  • Document date
  • Document number
  • Voucher issuer

When the read data is transferred to the loyalty backend, the program and booking logic takes effect. The various characteristics are converted into point amounts, added up and the correct point value is automatically credited.
