HOW WE DEVELOP YOUR INDIVIDUAL ASSORTMENT

Our purchasers visit national and international trade fairs and use social media, blogs and magazines to track down more than 100,000 interesting & innovative products, incentives and vouchers for our customers‘ reward portfolios every year.

More than 2,500 of these rewards are then being tested and evaluated  through our purchasing team every year checking the rewards fit and relevance for CRM and loyalty activities. We identify the fit to the target group with social listening tools and use market and test reports for quality checks.

After direct negotiations with manufacturers, we add approx. 1,000 new rewards to our rewards pool each year. These are then readily waiting in our warehouse to ensure optimal availability. All relevant product details, such as pictures, videos and marketing texts, are available to you through our “Coloyal Assortment Manager“ to create online shops and print catalogues.

Finally, we create tailor-made reward portfolios for our customers – data-based and aligned with their goals. In doing so, we take into account your KPIs, your customer data and further historic data and experiences we have from comparable programs. The final decision on the rewards assortment is up to our clients, either through voting online or during an on-site workshop.
