Agile, digital business processes and data analyses in real time: together with Innovative Systems Consulting AG, Coloyal GmbH replaced its previous FI system and implemented SAP S/4HANA® and SAP® Analytics Cloud within just four months.
“For business processes to be as efficient as possible, we need a future-proof technology. We have now established this with S/4HANA. A big compliment to the project team, which consisted of more than a dozen consultants and key users from our specialist departments. Due to their great commitment, the system change could be carried out alongside the intensive year-end closing work,” says CFO Christian Bäumer. With the ambitious go-live target of 01.01.2020, the project team of Coloyal and ISC AG concentrated intensively for a few weeks on the carve-out of SAP® ERP from the former parent company Bertelsmann Arvato to S/4HANA®, the next generation of the SAP® Business Suite.
The employees of Coloyal GmbH work in a more focused manner and have more business insights to proactively respond to stakeholder expectations. With the real-time reporting of the SAP® Analytics Cloud, the basis was also created to optimally support management and operations. At the same time, the Coloyal team is building up valuable know-how for process optimisation with the latest SAP technology. As the digital core, SAP S/4HANA® offers speed and flexibility for the further development of new, digital business models.
