As a former subsidiary of Arvato Bertelsmann, we have more than 20 years of experience in the customised combination of services and products from the various divisions of a major global corporation. Following the step into independence, we have been working consistently since 2019 to reorganise central loyalty services such as IT development, product procurement, rewards logistics or customer service, either under our own steam or with experienced partners, in a new and efficient way.

Rewards are a matter of trust! We do not purchase the majority of our products through wholesalers and intermediaries, but instead value direct, personal purchasing relationships with more than 400 selected manufacturers. This enables us to negotiate exclusive conditions, reliably secure our own quotas, meet delivery deadlines and fulfil unusual customer requests, such as product personalisation, at short notice.
