It is important to us that you get to know our corporate culture during the application process and to get a first impression on our daily work. Therefore, we look forward to honest and authentic applications, because we also want to get an idea of you and your personality.

The application process is divided into several steps:

  1. After submitting your application, our recruiting team will confirm the receipt of your documents.
  2. If the prerequisites of the job opening are fulfilled, we will invite you – possibly after a short telephone interview – to a first, personal interview. Usually future team- or business unit managers and our HR manager will participate.
  3. Depending on the position you are applying for, you will eventually be invited to a second interview including a practice-oriented task that you will present your solution for. Moreover, this interview shall give you the opportunity to address open questions. You will also be provided with the opportunity to meet the CEO and future colleagues of Coloyal.
  4. We do not want to keep you waiting unnecessarily. Therefore, we try to give you our feedback concerning your application within a few days after the interview.
