We are looking for you to join our team on 1 March 24 or as soon as possible.

As Loyalty Manager (m/f/d), these are your future tasks:

  • Active, data-based and autonomous design of the programme strategy and further development of the customer loyalty programme for existing customers
  • Management of external service providers and agencies, joint optimisation of existing and potential tools
  • Ongoing development of the customer journey
  • Single point of contact for contacts on the customer side
  • Initiating and coordinating cross-disciplinary process changes for CRM projects
  • Monitoring and further development of all measures on the basis of reporting
  • Close collaboration with various stakeholders in the areas of IT, business development and purchasing
  • Adaptive cost controlling and preparation of offers for rollouts, IT-CRs, operations
  • Budget responsibility and differentiated invoicing
  • Regular status calls and business reviews of customers round off your area of responsibility

 

Your profile

  • At least three years of professional experience in the field of CRM/Loyalty
  • Ideally experience in the successful development of customer loyalty programmes
  • Passion for CRM and loyalty benchmarks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer orientation, confident and self-assured demeanour
  • Conceptual work and work with agile methods and common collaboration tools (especially Jira, Confluence)
  • Results-orientated, independent and meticulous way of working
  • Strong communication skills and friendly demeanour
  • Fluent in negotiations and writing in German and English
